“Great accommodation – beyond our expectations!”

During our holiday on the island of Kos, we were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was perfectly clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed – and even more! In addition to standard comfort, we were pleasantly surprised by practical extras like a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, hairdryer, and other useful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Besides the comfortable interior, we also had access to a spacious terrace, which was perfect for drying our beach clothes or relaxing with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Although parking wasn’t available directly in the courtyard, we had no problem finding a spot just 20–50 steps away on the roadside, which was absolutely fine for us. Right next to the accommodation, there is a smaller hotel with a swimming pool, which we could use for free – or grab a refreshing drink at their bar. As a result, we could sometimes hear music from the hotel, but we didn’t mind at all – we actually enjoyed having “free music” and a pleasant atmosphere! 😄 Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay on Kos. We would love to come back again

“An exceptionally well-equipped apartment, quiet inside and close to amenities.”

The property is conveniently located close to supermarket, restaurants and a karaoke bar, with a few minutes' further walk to the harbour-side and main beach. It felt very safe walking around later at night, though the immediate area seemed somewhat run down. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything we might need for a week's holiday, including comprehensive laundry facilities. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with 'home from home' levels of crockery, cutlery and glassware and the bedlinen and towels were of excellent quality. Particularly liked the quiet and easy-to-operate air conditioning, the comfortable beds and the integrated filtered water tap.

The owner met us and was absolutely lovely, very thoughtful and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable with good quality beds and bedding. Fully equipped with every need catered for. The hotel next door was equally welcoming with great pool to use. The owner and The Agrilli staff went above and beyond. Location was excellent, supermarket just a few steps away and beach within minutes. Thank you for everything!

Accommodation was outstanding. Very modern and clean. Everything was what we needed and more. Location was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Extremely well-equipped and spacious apartment. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative when my flight from London was severely delayed. They kindly left some breakfast supplies for us in the fridge.

“Perfect holiday”

We've just returned home from spending a week in The Back Yard. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you could need for your holiday. The kitchen is so well equipped, the beds are really comfortable. The shutters and air con give you relief from the heat. It has been refurbished to such a high standard, and beautifully decorated, it feels like a home from home. Right next-door is Hotel Agrelli, the staff there are so welcoming, and the pool & bar are lovely- try the greek BBQ night, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Sandy & Socrates for being so welcoming, and to Chris for the superb cleaning. We hope to be lucky enough to stay in The Back Yard again in the future.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy! The hosts even left some breakfast items for us, it was very nice, thank you! All necessary kitchen accessories and facilities were available. The sea is a 3 minute walk.The owners are very friendly, attentive and helped us in everything! We felt at home and will definitely stay here next time.

A beautiful clean decorated home away from home for us. The backyard had it’s own fruit trees. We enjoyed fresh orange juice in the morning.😁TV’s in all rooms - when it is chill time.
