The staff went above and beyond to make our trip a comfortable one. George even came and pick us up at the airport at 2am !!! I can’t thank these guys enough for everything. Everything. The apartment was nice and clean and overlooked the pool. The staff were so helpful and friendly and always had a hello and when I passed. Helped with busses and how to hire a car. The location was great, and the beach was very private. Really enjoyed my stay x

“Perfect location to stay,”

Perfect Location to stay. Travelled solo, perfect for some R&R. Big thankyou to Marios,, Tonya and George who made me feel very welcome. Made some lovely friends (You know who you are) ❤️ The pool area is kept immaculate and is very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar serve drinks and snacks with a varied menu. Kardamena is located about 2.5 miles from the apartments. This is a 40 min walk. If your a walker like me, then this is a lovely walk (trainers are a must thou). Kardamena has plenty of shops and restaurants. There is a bus service which costs 2 euros each way. This runs every 1 hour 20 mins. The bus timetable will be displayed in your room. The bus journey into the village is longer than the return (30 mins), this is because the bus goes to Mitsis Village first before going into Kardamena. So if its not to hot then walking into the village would be better. The beach is across the road from the apartments with free sunbeds. Very peaceful and a great view of the neighbouring islands. Drinks service available.. To the left of the apartments is a small supermarket. This sells gifts, snacks, and drinks (alcohol too). The rooms are kept exceptionally clean and cleaned daily. Bed linen is changed daily. Towels are changed daily too if you request this, Upon arrival George will show you to your room and explain everything you need to know. Any problems George will sort this ASAP. There is a fridge and a kettle which was a life saver for my morning cup of tea😁 I will definitely be choosing these apartments again when I return to Kos. ❤️

The staff are very accommodating and approachable,lovely quiet area if that’s what you are looking for,has its own beach beds which are only a few feet from accommodation

The simplicity combined with a more relaxed atmosphere cannot be understated. The rooms were nicely sized for a family of 4/5 (two adults and 3 children). Pool is excellent with a lovely little pool for under 5. You are right on the beach. The views are exceptional. Turn left on beach road and there is a small supermarket 2mins walk away along with excellent water sports run by a man named Nik (a man from Brighton, England) who has been in Kos for many many years now. The bar is run by Marios and his wife Tonya. Excellent language skills. Great bar food between 10 and 6pm. Drinks served until 7pm although this went on until 10pm if guests decided they wanted to drink on a little. Kardemena centre about 7mins in a car or about 20mins walk along beach road. I would break away from the ever growing all inclusive side of Kos and start to choose your own restaurants again and activities. This is a fantastic value for money base in the middle of Kos. Totally recommend.

The staff were super friendly. Beautiful big pool, lovely views mixed of the calm beach up front and mountains in the back. Quite serene. The bus stops right in front of the entrance so there was always a way of getting around.. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the perfect place

A beautiful spot with warm blue sea at the beach incredibly close to the hotel. Lovely friendly atmosphere and staff are extremely accommodating and happy to help with everything. Quiet pool most of our stay, lovely food and drinks all reasonably priced. The island feels almost lost in time in the best possible way. Cant thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel, clean and perfect for families looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. This is a family run hotel and the wonderful vibe of the place is given by these amazing people - George, Tonya and Marios who went above and beyond to ensure that he had a nice stay and everything we needed. They're friendly, knowledgeable, always reaching a hand to help when needed. We had an amazing time at Sweet Kalimera so thank you for everything, guys, and keep up the good work. ☀️

“A genuine greek dream, in Kardamena”

If you are searching for an authentic, genuine, greek summer experience, you're in the right place. The position of the structure is absolute stunning: you'll enjoy the great sunsets. The sea is at about 50 meters from you're room. This part of the island is so calm and peaceful: a real pleasure for your eyes. In some moments you'll hear only the sound of wind and sea. The small village of Kardamena is near and, especially in the upper part, mantains an authentic flavour that belongs to the ancient fisherman's villages. The water in Kardamena is clear and fresh, quite calm, especially respect to the north shore. The sunbeds at the beach, near Sweat Kalimera, are free for the clients, and this is an absolute value. With a pair of shoes, for the small rocks, you'll enjoy beautiful baths with the maximum comfort. The swimming pool was simply perfect for our need, excellent the presence of toilets near the pool bar. And what can I say for the gorgeous family that manage the Sweet Kalimera? They make you feel at home and are so kind and helpful: from the late checkin, to the late departure, for the lunch at the pool bar. You'll have the possibility to enjoy breakfast along the swimming pool or in the near Hotel Kalimera Mare (50 meters). They're all super hard worker, really beautiful people. Thanks to George (the owner), Marios and his wife! Wish them all the best, they deserve it!

We stayed at Sweet Kalimera Apartments with our family. We felt at home. The hosts are friendly, helpful, ready to help at any time. If we ever go to the island of Kos again, we will definitely go to Sweet Kalimera.
