“A perfect stay”
Owners were great, really friendly and helpful and had thought of everything in the property. Nothing was too much trouble. Quiet location but still less than 5 minutes to the beach and all the lovely bars and restaurants. 3 supermarkets of varying size within easy reach. The apartment was spotless and really spacious we all enjoyed the big balcony. Blackout blinds were an unexpected bonus!

“Monolakis house is our greatest experience in Grece!”
We loved everything! Mr. Antonis is super kind-he really helps to make visiting Kos a great experience. Monolakis house is extremely clean and cosy, on a great location. Most of time we didn't even need car at all, becouse all the atractions were just a short walk away. We also recomend visiting bar Artemis. Great place! Will be back again.
