“WOW! Amazing!”

WOW! What an absolutely beautiful villa. If you want peace and tranquility with a stunning view then this is the place for you! We were met by our host Andreas who was very attentive right from us landing at the airport to our leaving day. He was on hand for anything we wanted to ask or needed but as it was so perfect we didn't really have to ask him for anything at all. Wine, fruit, local honey and water all provided on arrival which was very thoughtful. The villa is cool and calming with lovely decoration and perfectly furnished with everything you need for a great stay. Comfy bed with lovely fresh smelling linen. Good size shower in bathroom too. Everything was spotlessly clean. Outside space is furnished in different areas with tables, chairs and sunbeds to appreciate the sun or shade whichever you prefer. Of course the Jacuzzi is a big bonus to get into on a hot day to cool off and chill out. The car was great. No worries about us driving it anywhere and perfect for the area. 5 minutes drive to Kardamena with its lovely beaches and restaurants. Thank you Andreas for a perfect stay. The villa is a credit to you and you deserve to get many more bookings. One day we will return. Efcharisto.

The view was stunning! We loved the jacuzzi with this amazing view! Rooms were comfortable and the host was very helpful!! Kids loved the garden to play in!

The hosts Andreas and Phillipa were the most amazing hosts we could ever asked for! Usually you check into villas with a key box with no personal meet and greet- but not at Alta Vista! The hosts were ready to meet us at the property even late into the night after a 4 hour delay to welcome us to their beautiful home and more importantly show us around, tell us a little about the area and the property! It was lovely to speak to them and they could not have been more welcoming and informative, they felt like our bestest friends! The house is stunning- it really is luxury! Everything is clean and fresh and it smelt beautiful! Nothing is forgotten and every little personal touch that they have including the carefully selected decor made it stand out to any places we have stayed in Kos before. Following check in, we received a very detailed recommendation list from the host from local restaurants, beaches and things to do with tips and info on all of them!! The views from the house are also second to none and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday where to you can sit in a hot tub and soak in the beautiful Mountain View’s then this is the place for you. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay, the house really made it for us and we can’t wait to book again!

The property is maintained to a very high standard and they have thought of pretty much everything. Very comfy beds, lovely coffee machine, hot tub which is beautifully clean and in order. Phillippa and Andreas offer so many extra touches such as washing machine with products, beach towels, a car, anything that you have forgotten they will source for you. They even offered to collect us from the village on arrival day when we had stopped for lunch.

“Priceless!”

The most amazing we have ever stayed for holidays! Very Clean, modern and thought through interior design, priceless view over the city of Kardamena and the ruins of Antimachia, a whirlpool right at the edge from where you can see the sunrise and all of that for a very cheap price, compared to any other similar accomodation we looked into. And if that wasn't already enough, the owners even prepared a car for us (free of charge) to use and and small gift to take back home. Speaking of the owners, they were the most lovingly hosts we could have imagined - easy going, very helpful, always taking care of us! We wished, we could have stayed longer and shed some tears on our way back home, because it was that beautiful! Strong recommendation for that place!

“Everything was perfect!”

The house is stunning! Nice view, nice furniture with lovely details - you have everything you need! We enjoyed the nice garden with the jacuzzi and felt very comfortable from the beginning! And it is just a ten minutes walk from the town! The house looks exactly as good as on the pictures! The hosts Philippa and Andreas are so nice - welcome us with fresh fruits, water, beer and a bottle of wine! The communication with them was great and they gave us a lot of good recommendations! Thanks for that! We would love to come again!

“Alta Vista luxury house Kardamena”

We have absolutely loved our stay at alta vista from the beginning untill the very end. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts Andreas en Philippa who showed us around the house and were very kind and helpful by providing us with tips and tricks regarding things to do and see in Kos. They always were just a call away in case we had any issues or questions. Furthermore they provided us with a car that we could use free of charge to explore the island ! It is simply impossible to not fall in love with Alta Vista once you arrive at your destination and get to see the stunning panoramic view of the mountains the sea and the cosy town of Kardamena. It looked beautiful on the pictures when we made our reservation but it is nothing compared to the moment you get to see it for yourself ! The house itself is very clean and has a lovely stylish interior as well. The icing on the cake is of course the jacuzzi in the garden where you can wind down after a busy day and relax with a good book and enjoy the amazing views. We definitely recommend it to everyone who comes to the island and wants to have an amazing time on Kos and we are already looking forward to our next visit !
