Beautiful guesthouse and garden, with lots of trees and plants, several areas to sit outside, and a pool in the summer. We enjoyed being able to cook a meal in the small kitchen, then hanging out on the covered terrace. It was quiet, comfortable, and close to Hovannavanq, great to start a hike from there to Sahmosavanq. Our host was friendly and helpful.

“Beautiful house and very nice surroundings, the monastery in Karbi is stunning!”
Staying here was wonderful! We were warmly welcomed and the dinner prepared for us was incredible, in taste, variety and quantity! Sadly we had just a one night stay here before leaving back to home (good position to get to Yerevan airport if you have a rental car!), so we will definitely come back whenever we’ll happen to be in Armenia again:) and… Jack is the best dog ever!

If you just want to see Armenia, you can go anywhere. But if you want to feel the soul and heart of Armenia, go to Guest house Qutukner!! Beautiful and peaceful place and most importantly great hosts! After a few days of staying I felt not like a guest, but like a friend of the family. Best regards to Karbi!

The host made me very welcome. Got a great nights sleep. The location was quiet and if time had permitted I would have stayed longer. Will definitely recommend.

“A beautiful guest house and a fantastic experience”
We had a fantastic time staying in Karbi, and wish we could have spent longer there. Zhanna's house is absolutely beautiful, with amazing home made decorations and beautiful Armenian carpets everywhere. We had the entire top floor of the house to ourselves as there were no other guests during our stay. There is a delightful balcony with views looking out over Mt. Ararat. Zhanna and her husband were incredibly kind and hospitable: the breakfast and dinner that they provided were superb. They are a lovely couple too. We wish we had more time to get to know them. The garden at their house is lovely, with large fruit trees providing cherries, mulberries etc that we were encouraged to eat lots of. Overall, a lovely stay. We just wish we'd planned ahead more so that we could have stayed for longer. If we return to Armenia we would seriously consider hiring a car and basing ourselves here for e.g. a week.

“Amazing place and friendliest hosts!”
Everything was really great! Our hosts were super nice, the room great and the breakfast amazing. We felt at home! The guesthouse is beautiful and allowed us to walk to nice places without tourists. The monasteries nearby are awesome and we could spend long hours at them without interruptions or tour groups.
