Ambience, staff are very cooperative, cleanliness and very close to Imam Husain Shrine

Front desk staff were fantastic. Room was clean and nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Very close to the Imam Hossein Shrine.

Very good location at the shrine, a little difficult to reach with cabs that don’t know Karbala. Muhammad Hamdi had the best English in Iraq and helped me navigate the shrine and helped me with logistics. He gave great advice and helped me at every step which made me feel comfortable and at home. He took so much care that I thought he was the owner! Breakfast is very good.

Pleasant, friendly and warm staff at the reception, who helped me with my many local area queries. The hotel was amazing too. Chefs were very nice cooks ☺️ and so was the hotel housekeeping staff. Will definitely book with them again when revisiting Karbala.

This hotel has a great location walking distance from the shrine. The rooms are a little but tired but it is a great value if you manage to get the food banquet at no extra charge.

The property was clean, well-maintained and staffed by very helpful people. Its location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk from Haram-e-Imam Hussain, Entrance #10 toward Tilla-e-Zainabiya. Although we booked two single beds on Booking.com, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a double-bed suite, and even offered a pleasant surprise at checkout with a $40 discount on our total bill. The staff were genuinely courteous, though they struggled a bit with English communication.

The staff were very friendly! I have asked them for a room in upper floors with Haram View and they gave me a room in fifth floor. The location is also great plus good selection of food for dinner.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple, and the overall experience was pleasant. The location is excellent, very close to the holy sites, staff were polite and helpful. Our stay was quiet and comfortable for four nights. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. At checkout, we were pleased to receive a discount. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karbala.
