Very nice hotel, all staff speak English and are very helpfull, they arranged Taxis for me and showed me locations etc that i required. Hotel rooms are large, very clean, good size bathroom with hot water. Room cleaned every day Room had Smart TV and Good Wi Fi. Breakfast was very good wide choice of foids on offer , and the lady would make me fresh eggs how i like them. Plenty of off road parking if needed. 10-15 min plensant walk to centre of town.

Its a beautiful property , very well maintained , breakfast spread is very good , the owners are awesome people . They are very helpful & made us feel at home . Location is also v good , strongly recommend

Delicious breakfast with all you could ever want. Very friendly staff who were kind and allowed us to leave our car at the hotel while we did the Ala Kul Hike. Easy stroll into town.

I read the guest reviews before booking and made my decision based on that. I have no regrets, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is at a high level. The breakfast is the best, very varied and the tastiest in Kyrgyzstan. The hotel owner gave my colleague information about the mechanic who repaired his motorbike. The owner has a lot of experience and information, arrange everything you need. The owner's wife booked dinner for us at a nearby restaurant. We had a late departure, due to motorbike repairs, the owner did not complicate anything and was understanding and waited for us to come back. I highly recommend it, I had a very positive experience. Value for money, priceless. Thank you for all help and information. And one small, but very important thing for me, at the reception, the welcome letter is written in Slovenian.

Very clean, great location, lovely hosts and a fantastic breakfast included. I stayed in a hostel the night before and this was better. It is a family guest house so don't expect it to be a social place with other guests. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Extremely grateful to the owner and his wife for driving us from Issyk Kul airport - extremely friendly and hospitable even offering local suggestions. Felt like we were staying in their home! The rooms were comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was amazing. We were also able to leave our bags at the property while we did the Ala Kul overnight hike.

Lovely family-run hotel with a super helpful reception. The laundry service was fast (which was great after days of trekking!), and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we had. You’re asked to take off your shoes at the entrance, which makes sense since many guests come from the hiking. The whole place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Karakol!

Really nice place, best breakfast we had in Kyrgyzstan! Great value for money, private bathroom, all clean. Beds still a bit hard, but that’s literally everywhere in the country. Nice staff, English a bit challenging

Really friendly staff, nice room, we liked that we had privacy and comfort. The room was clean, it was a calm neighborhood and nice we had a clauset to put our stuff in. The toilet was not smelly and clean. Breakfast was good. and we could park the car.

This is probably the best hotel in Karakol. We had a big room with a comfortable bed and a sofa. The whole place is very clean. They also serve a fantastic breakfast. The staff is lovely and polite.

The brother and sister who owns the hotel, were wonderful.
