Fantastic hotel. Everything is amazing down to the smallest detail, and considering how much construction is currently going on around Karakol, it really feels like an oasis. The guy at reception (really sorry I forgot your name) was incredibly helpful. He assisted us with organising the Ala-Kul trek, let us leave our car and some luggage while we were in the mountains, and even helped arrange transport to Altyn Arashan. Nothing was ever a problem. The rooms were excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the breakfast was honestly outstanding. One of the best places we stayed during our trip. Highly recommended.

Really clean and comfortable hotel, good sized room. Breakfast was plentiful and varied over the time we were there. Staff were approachable and provided information when asked. They were quick to respond to messages.

Ordo was a great host - he looked after our luggage whilst we went hiking in Altyn Arashun including our valuables in a safe. He was also very helpful with understanding how to get to our hiking destination. Very friendly place Quite hostel vibes but with private rooms

Very nice and helpful staff/owners. They took very good care of us, helped us with the organization of the Dungan dinner. The hotel has comfortable and modern rooms in the national style, beautiful and thoughtful. We were able to leave our car with them for the duration of the trekking (two days). “Home away from home!”
Ordo hotel was so comfortable it felt like home before and after our Ala Kul hike. Very comfy beds and pillows and linens. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely decoration and a cosy atmosphere. Super kind and friendly staff.

Such a lovely hotel. They let us leave our car to hike ala-kul and put the tv on in the communal area and let us sit and be comfortable after the hike despite being very early to check in. Lovely and clean, really comfortable and breakfast was great. We did some washing (at an extra cost which was really cheap), lovely warm showers and beautiful courtyard that we played cards in. Couldn’t recommend more! We had lots of questions and nothing was too much despite how busy they must have been. One of our most comfortable and enjoyable stays.
