“Perfect”
The stay was amazing. For now the best stay during my stay in kyrgyzystan. The host was friendly and also helped out with a question about altyn arashan. The appartment has everything you need. Even a first aid kit, slippers, coffee, wasmachine and detergent. Every room can be temperatured. For the price it was really perfect

“Excellent apartment”
Excellent stay in Karakol. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The heated floors were a great touch, especially in the cold, and the views were beautiful. Perfect central location. Highly recommended!

“Great apartment a high level service!”

“Neat, clean apartment in central location next to lots of amenities.”
The system of self check in and out was very straightforward. The location is excellent next to lots of shops and banks. The property itself was very clean and the heating and hot water worked perfectly throughout our stay. We also benefited from using the laundy facilities. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay.

Very clean, modern and spacious top floor apartment very centrally located in Karakol. I received exceptionally good and clear instructions from Almaz for how to find the apartment and check in. Communication was also excellent throughout my stay. I had a wonderful 3 night stay and can highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent location very safe and private. Washing machine great to have to wash our walking clothes. Shops and restaurants very close by. Parking for free outside. Responsive host.

The flat is perfectly located, with a view to the central square of the city. Please be aware it is at the 5th floor with no elevator. The flat is clean, equipped with everything necessary for travellers, even washing powder was available. The owner was in contact when we booked it at 22.30, self check in and check out is provided.

“Perfect location and facilities make for a great place for a family to stay in Karakol.”
Great to have an apartment in Karakol before and after trekking. We could do washing and dry in the drying room, have breakfasts of our own choosing including fresh fruits, yogurt and juice, leftovers from last night’s dinner kept ok in the fridge. Having the space for a family yet the ability to have separate space was great for us. Located centrally and easy to access. Friendly and responsive owner.
