“Good value and location, but needs improvement”

Great central location and good value for money. The beds are comfortable, spacious, and come with personal lights and sockets. There's a large common area and kitchen, which is nice for relaxing or socializing. The receptionist was helpful, and we were able to pay by card when we arrived.

A bit weird, no door between the room and the kitchen. Bedbugs in the bed, we had to sleep in the sofa...

The smell of the food you cook in the kitchen directly permeates the bedroom because there are no walls or partitions. You can leave at the same time as those sitting at the kitchen lounge and dining table. The entrance door is open, and the kitchen's garden door is open, creating an unsafe environment. Constant noise from the kitchen and living room is very disturbing, day and night. I had to stay here for five days because I was sick. Long-term accommodations are not suitable. Two bathrooms have a toilet and another bathroom with a toilet. When the bathroom and toilet are in use, you cannot go in for other needs. The bathrooms and toilets should be separate.

“Good for a night before trekk”

The best fron the Hostel it's the location. The room to leave the bags before trekking is a big plus.

Good position in the center of town and close to two bus stations. The beds were big. The kitchen was well equipped and the atmosphere was friendly.

The kitchen was spacey and well equipped. It was very cheap and in the right end of time if you want to go to Altyn Arashan.

I always like to sleep in a capsule. The staffs are helpful. Aliya and her sister always willing to help. They're also fun to talk to.

Property is in excellent location, close to shops, church. The bed was very comfortable, especially after the Sal-Kul trek, the ladies who run the hostel speak excellent english, very nice and very helpful

The property is in an excellent location, beds are very comfortable, the two sisters who run the hostel speak perfect english, are very helpful and nice. The hostel is perfect especially after doing the Ala-Kul Lake. Highly recommend

The bed was comfortable and we got clean linens. Unfortunately the bathroom, particularly the shower, was disgustingly filthy. The girls who worked here were usually unavailable, couldn't help us with any information, and worst of all was they layed on the dorm beds that were not in use, in their street clothes, either when there were already clean sheets on the bed, or with no sheets on the bed. On Friday afternoon there were 3 local young men and another local young woman, and they all went into a large double bed with no sheets on it, in our dorm room, and drew the curtains at the end of the bed shut... It was grossly inappropriate. The location was convenient, near the wooden Orthodox church.

Location and price of the place was good. The staff was kind.

“Disappointing”

The capsules themselves are pretty comfortable and offered privacy when the curtain was closed. There were plugs and a private light in the capsule. Laundry is cheap. The location is excellent.
