“Wonderful place for a retreat”
This accommodation is situated in a quiet part of Karakol, surrounded by many countryside houses, offering an authentic country life experience. While it's a 30-minute walk from main sights like the Dungan mosque and the market where all the buses stop, there is a nice restaurant, Arzym, nearby. The staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is huge and exceptional. It kept me alive when I got sick. My room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and I also had access to a common room. I could choose between a room with a king-size bed or one with twin beds. The room is cleaned every day. Although I was sick for most of my stay, I really enjoyed this place!

Beautiful guesthouse with a hearty breakfast. We really enjoyed our spacious room with a small balcony. Parking was convenient, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Karakol.

“A hotel-level guesthouse”
Just because of the lady who works there named Almeria, the place gets a score of 10. Always with a smile in the morning. The breakfasts are excellent. The place is well maintained, clean, organized, hot water, quiet and green from the hustle and bustle. There is a huge supermarket right across the main road. A little far from the center. But there is public transportation No. 102 at a funny price.

A spacious and clean unit, built from wood, in a quiet location. The entire guesthouse is uniquely designed and has a beautiful garden. The host and staff was very helpful.

Beautiful property. Lovely and helpful staff. Allowed me to store my luggage whilst hiking for 3 days. Great breakfast. Nice big room and private bathroom. Pets are sweet and well looked after

Excellent location - the city centre was only a 10 minute walk away, plus there was a nice restaurant and small shop within a minutes walk of the guest house. Clean, spacious, lovely decor and very helpful hosts.

Very kind and helpful hosts, they met us park our car in their private yard a day before our actual stay already, and also helped us get a local cab when we couldn’t find one ourselves. Highly recommended!

“If I ever go back to Karakol, I know where to stay”
Lovely guesthouse that started to feel like home after a few days' stay. Location is in a peaceful neighborhood a bit far from the center. Still there were a few supermarkets and restaurants in 10 mins walk. Owner Svetlana was helpful and speaks a bit of English too. Breakfast was yammy and plenty and everything was tidy.

The room we were in was spacious and came with ensuite bathroom. Very nice house full of character, would book with them again if visiting Karakol. Great property, and great breakfast. Many thanks to the hosts :)

The owner is such an amazing host. She really cares about your stay in the guest house. She can give you best advices about how to get to starting points of your trek etc. And the food is really really good!

“Super comfortable.”
It was just so comfortable to be in this guesthouse. We were welcomed on our arrival and the owners seemed happy to have us there. Everything about this place was just so comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a different egg dish each day, fruit, cheeses, and homemade jams a feature. Good coffee was also available. Everything works!

Very cute home stay in Karakol. I had a big room, with living room and ensuite bathroom. All great, and the hosts are a really nice couple. Breakfast was great, too! They had a dedicated room where I could put my rental skis.
