I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to the zoo and situated in a very safe area. There is the kitchen, which guests are allowed to use, making it convenient for families. A special mention goes to Ms. Ridmi, one of the kindest and most helpful girl I’ve ever met. She was incredibly supportive during our stay. When I requested a bucket and a clothes rack for my family, she provided them immediately without hesitation. Her warm and caring attitude truly made a difference. No hot water facilities. Other than everything was superb Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It was a real pleasure meeting Ms. Ridmi. Thank you so much!

We arrived at 4.30am, the owner awaited for us and walked out on the road to guide the driver to find the place. She also send me a text message with the Google direction to go to the department of motor traffic fo get my driving permit. She carried our luggage and helped me with my son. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very willing to help us.

Ridmi was very accommodating and kindly let me check in and check out late at no additional cost. The location is excellent and peaceful near the zoo and Mount Lavinia, plus the train station to get into Colombo. The bed was very comfortable as was the space. Recommended!

Very nice place, a little bit outside of the city, but for us it was an advantage. The neighbourhood was quiet and not as chaotic as the center of Colombo. There were shops and places to eat arround and it was very easy to get to a really nice beach. The owners are great people. They were very friendly and helpful with everything. They even let us check in super early. We really appreciate it, cause we were very tired after long flight. It's a great place to stay for a very good price.

The most important thing for me was that the accommodation was close to the zoo and I was able to check in early - before 6 am. The accommodation is simple, there is no hot water, but everything is clean. If you need it, you can also cook. The host was very nice.

1) The place was clean and tidy! 2) The Wi-Fi worked well! 3) The kitchen was fully equipped with essentials like a microwave, a large fridge (with no strange odors), and an electric stove—amenities you usually don’t find in hotels! 4) Each room had its own private bathroom! (The only downside was the lack of a water heater in the shower, but the owner mentioned they're installing it soon!) 5) The air conditioning was excellent! 6) The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious! 7) The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful!

We were just passing through Colombo, and this was a perfect stopover point for us. It is located close to the Zoo but the neighborhood is relatively calm. You can easily park at least 2 cars within the premises. The 2-story apartment has its own entrance and is very well maintained. It was spacious and clean. The host was very cooperative and friendly.
