Really good spot for accessing a nice less touristy and more local stretch of Colombo's beach. Will be a great apartment once the building work is completed on the ground floor

“Wonderful experience”
We really loved our stay at Mode apartments. Jeffrey and his wife were very kind, helpful and accommodating. The flat is new and sparkling clean. The bed is extremely comfortable (it’s literally one huuuuuuuge and thick mattress). We haven’t slept so nicely in forever. The view from the balcony is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. It is very easy to get to the flat with public transportation. The flat is 3 min walking from the beach with various restaurants. Definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The facilities were not only comfortable but also well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. The host was incredibly helpful, The attention to detail in ensuring comfort was evident, and I felt right at home throughout my time there. I highly recommend this apartment :).
