“DO NOT STAY HERE - Fraudulent and Unprofessional”

I strongly advise all travelers, especially foreigners, to avoid this establishment. My experience at GOHO Rooms Badar (Ktown Rooms) was a nightmare. ​Broken Promises: I was guaranteed a 4 PM checkout and "warm water" in writing on my receipt. Neither was honored. The water was 22°C (cold), and the manager (Noreen) later tried to harass me for extra payment after 12 PM, calling the 4 PM checkout a "favor" despite it being on the bill. ​Missing Services: Breakfast (included in the price) never arrived even by 10:30 AM. ​Tax Irregularities: They refused to provide a proper tax invoice, only a handwritten manual receipt (S/No. 898), which is highly suspicious (SNTN: 5268224-2). ​Poor Conditions: The room had no ventilation, causing severe headaches. ​Rude Management: Instead of solving problems, the management was aggressive and blamed me for their lack of basic facilities. ​Total lack of professionalism. I have reported this establishment to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for tax and service irregularities. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Well the property's location was truly exceptional; however, the cleanliness and comfort levels were notably unsatisfactory. Additionally, the air conditioning was non-functional, a significant inconvenience given the peak summer conditions.
