“Terrible”
**Review of Stella Apartment, Belgrade, 23 Zahumska, Zvezdara, Karaburma, 11120, Serbia:** My family, consisting of myself, my husband, and two children aged 9 and 7, booked these apartments for January 15, 2024. On the second day of our stay, I discovered the presence of bed bugs and immediately notified the host. Instead of addressing the issue, the host simply ignored my message. However, when my son and husband developed bites from the bugs, I requested a refund. Providing photos of the bites and bugs, the host still refused to refund the money, claiming to have found no evidence of bed bugs and suggesting the bites occurred elsewhere. Furthermore, the apartments had a strong cigarette smell that permeated every room, clearly not conducive to our health. Noise from neighbors and their dogs was unbearable, depriving us of the opportunity to rest properly. The neighbors upstairs disregarded quiet hours until 4 in the morning, playing loud music and engaging in arguments. Overall, these uninhabitable conditions and the lack of an adequate response from the host left us with dreadful impressions. I strongly advise against staying in these apartments if you value your health and peace of mind.

“Good choice if you want only sleep here”
Great location. Apartments have all nessesery appliances (including heating devices for cold time) Good option if you traveling inside country.
