“The Best Place around Kapan”
This place is the best! Cozy, nice and clean houses. And, yes, the views! Epic. There is restaurant, park, fire place, grill... all you need to chill and enjoy the nature. Owner is super friendly and take care of you all the time. Breakfast is very good and tasty. Recommend!

The owner and his family were very kind and welcoming. After a very long drive they invited us for dinner and drinks. The house is super cute, and the view is breathtaking.

“Wonderful location place”
The location is super-great, you can see Khushtup mountain from your window. The owner is a clear guy, and will help you with food and transfers. So, I definitely recommend it.
