This is the best hotel in southern Armenia, and one of the best one I've ever stayed in.. I'm coming here already for the second time, and I always have an amazing time here... You will be greeted with an amazing hospitality, and a true Armenian kindness, the hotel is very well located, the rooms are pristine clean, and very cosy. I highly recommend it to anyone, and i hope to be back there one day 🤗🙏

When we arrived at the hotel late at night, exhausted from a long drive, we were warmly welcomed by the manager’s smile, which immediately brought us a sense of comfort and relief.he is exactly gentleman. Our room was exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds and spotless bathroom facilities. It’s clear that some people don’t work just for money, but out of genuine passion and love—and the management of this hotel truly belongs to that rare group. The hotel is located right in front of a beautiful river. That night, we opened the window and enjoyed the soothing sound of the flowing water. In the morning, we were treated to an outstanding breakfast with delicious local and organic foods, creating a truly memorable experience for us. Normally, my wife doesn’t let me take photos of hotel breakfasts, but this one was so exceptional that she suggested we take several pictures! The room was very clean, the view was really beautiful, and this was truly one of the most unique and memorable hotels I have ever stayed in.

Dear readers, I have lived in London for the past 18 years, and it was great to visit my beloved Kapan after such a long absence! I needed a place to stay, so I found an Oasis hotel on booking.com! It was a pleasure to meet the owner of the hotel Edgar and his lovely wife Maria! Wonderful warm people with great hospitality!! They both went the extra mile helping with everything I needed guidance for! Edgar didn't hesitate a second to send a taxi for me because I found it a bit difficult to find a location. It's just me, I was absent from Kapan for too long!! :):) Lovely Edgar & Maria made absolutely sure that I was comfortable and happy! The breakfast was superb! Maria made such a lovely special tea with local wonderful herbs, and her amazing handmade organic peach jam was a cherry on a cake!! SPLENDID. Moreover, I discovered a heavenly garden on the grounds of the hotel with Sharon fruit! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw huge orange ripe Sharon fruit hanging from many trees. It was a paradise I encountered on 26th September 2025! I'm speechless to describe my astonishment and excitement from the site of that stunning garden of Sharon fruit!! 🥰 I had an unforgettable wonderful stay in Oasis Hotel! Highly recommend it!! HUGE THANK YOU LOVELY EDGAR & MARIA ❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional hospitality. The staff members are incredibly kind, welcoming, and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are top-notch: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure a relaxing experience. If you're looking for a place where high-quality service meets genuine kindness, this is it. The house is located in a somewhat hidden location on the outskirts of the city, but it is very quiet. Edgar is very helpful and is expanding the former office into a hotel in several steps. The current situation did not seem like a construction site and so you can spend the night there without any worries. His wife lovingly prepares breakfast and likes to aske if you have a special wish.

Owner was great and helpful. Was nice and clean.

excellent accomodation, spacious, superclean, very well equipped and the best : Manager Mr. Edgar came outside to welcome me, showed me around, provided recommendations for dinner restaurants and was with his spouse an outstanding Landlord Secondly : the bed, I slept on a brandnew overlong mattress so well that I almost missed breakfast, maybe the best feedback a traveller can provide

The accommodation was great, everything was perfectly clean, well equipped (there is also a terrace for guests, or a washing machine, for example), the hosts were very nice and helpful, they arranged transport for us to the mountains, the breakfast was very good and they even prepared packages for us on the day of our early departure

Do not let yourself be fooled by the modest setting and exterior - this place is a gem. Light modern design inside, meticulously clean and you find all the comforts and luxuries of a modern hotel. Nice balcony, a small kitchen for tea and coffee, very tasty breakfast. Edgar and his wife are very nice, attentive hosts, perfect communication in English.

The hotel owners are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good as well. There was a shared kitchen available with cups, coffee, tea and even a stove.

The Host Edgar was absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating. He greeted us like family and helped us with any questions. The room was very clean and tidy and spacious too! Whilst we was getting things into our room Edgar was even helping another group of tourist to navigate their way around Kapan. Edgars partner made me a lovely coffee in the morning and as we was running late told me to leave it as she would clean it for me. This spot is a hidden gem for any of your tourist needs! Highly highly recommend wish I stayed longer

“Felt like home”

The house was enormous, the bed as well and super comfortable. The owner is an amazing person, it’s a family hotel, nothing can go wrong with it. If you are coming to Kapan with a car, you must stay here.

“Professional and warm hospitality in a fresh hotel!”

Had a great stay here! Arrived and was welcomed by Edgar. He is very professional and kind. The room was good, clean, and everything was in order. The morning after I had a dilicious breakfast with local products, made by his wife (who makes the best abricot jam!). I had some questions about the area I was going to hike and he was helping me out by calling a friend right away. All in all, a very fresh and good place run by hospitable, kind people!
