Very nice and clean hotel. Very comfortable. Quiet location. Good to reach by car. Good breakfast.

The property was amazing, the staff and facilities were great and we specially liked the amount of breakfast. Everything was absolute great . We liked the billiard and tennis corner in the gym .

Everything is great, clean and tidy, and I have used this hotel many times and it has always been satisfactory.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hospitality was outstanding. The attitude was warm, respectful, and very attentive. They helped with everything almost intuitively. The place was clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and quite varied.

Brand new, comfortable and clean hotel close to the centre of Kapan. The rooms are big, well equipped and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many amenities included in the price. The breakfast was outstanding with a selection of classical staples as well as local specialities. We had an amazing stay and would recommend the place to anyone looking for great value for money in Kapan.

We had a great stay at Syunik Hotel in Kapan. The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. Although it’s not in the city center, the peaceful river behind it makes the location really pleasant and relaxing. The room was comfortable, it had all the essentials, there was parking, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, and the staff were friendly. There was a small issue with the discounted Booking.com price at check-in, but another staff member resolved it the next day after checking the booking info. Overall, a good experience — I’d recommend it

Helpful and welcoming staff, everything clean and worked, large, quiet and comfortable room. I stayed several days and it was a really nice place to relax with a good view of the mountains. Insect grills on the windows- always good ! The tv in the room was a smart one with Youtube etc, which was a bonus.

breakfast included in the room rate which was very reasonable. WiFi was excellent and the location is perfect for the Kapan industrial zone. Walking distance to Kapan centre is acceptable for an evening walk.

Overall fine hotel, everything is kept in good working condition and is clean. Breakfast is okay, not great but not bad either.
