The decor in the lobby and at the pool was unique and pretty. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the room, lobby, and parkinglot.

Everything went well from check in to check out. The pool was excellent. And the breakfast in the morning wasn't bad either.

“I feel like my stay was unfulfilled, and upsetting.”
For the most part clean other than the fridge smelling and a white powder was on the floor in a spot on the carpet.

“Awful”
The facility was old and dirty. Horrible experience. I have stayed at places taht cost less that were nicer. This was completely unacceptable.

“Never again- very upset- would expect help”
The hotel did not meet my expectations of a Wyndham. Also, when trying to complain to booking.com or Priceline, I was not able to get anywhere other than “ pass the buck”. I would have hoped to talk with someone that could help. Please have someone talk to me that can help resolve my issues. 713-870-4154
