“Great location in the heart of KC!”
The staff was excellent! The location was great, close proximity to Union Station where we were attending a wedding. We used the Link walkway as it was rainy and cool outside, perfect way to get to the event. We enjoyed the shops in Crown Center on the Westin hotel site!

“Disappointed!”
Stayed for 2 nights. For $600. And our bed can't be made??? and no towel change???...because we didn't stay 3 nights. I'm sorry that was a good excuse during covid times but covid times are over and American hotels are taking advantage of the covid changes. We were just in Europe for several weeks (some Marriott properties too) and every day we had full service and that's what we pay for. For $250 +taxes equaling $300 per night, I feel as thought the least service you can provide is making up the bed and fresh towels. Service industry is definitely not servicing up to expectations. Your property doesn't deserve 4 stars!
