“Horrible. Not what I’m used to at one of your locations. Stayed there in the past and it was a good”
Had issue dealing with rooms with woman at front desk.Blonde mature woman.She was unaware of type of rooms offered at the hotel.We had to change our rooms twice due to her lack of knowledge.She Called our room letting us know she had no idea the rooms had tubs when we requested a walk-in shower due to knee issue.We were given room with tubs twice.Later while trying to rest she knocked on our door letting us know she never knew all these years there were tubs and she will look at maps in future.That she found a walk-in shower and we could change room a 3rd time for it.I let her know It was already late and trying to rest for bed from a already long travel day and not feeling well.So I declined.At check out I let the front desk know the situation as well. I never heard back from anyone from management. I wish I could’ve gotten some type of a credit or something for the total inconvenience and disruption of my stay.
