“Perfect stay in KC”
Was upgraded when arrived at the desk for Christmas. Fantastic location next to the plaza. Spacious room and very clean.

“Would stay again”
The staff were friendly and helpful, they gave me extra help on the area as it was my first time. I had a small issue with one of the bed sheets but it was sorted straight away. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great place to visit Country Club Plaza and Kansas City as a whole. There was a good choice at breakfast and plenty available. I'll definitely be looking at staying again if I'm in KC.

“Great place to stay if you are planning on spending time at the Country Club Plaza”
Hot breakfast was a great bonus and there was plenty of options. Location was ideal for spending a weekend at the Plaza - only one block walk! Rooms were clean and comfortable - as advertised.

“This is our favorite Kansas City hotel”
Location is perfect. The breakfast was very nice. The only problem we had was related to the temperature of the room. The staff was able to remedy the situation.
