“Meh.”
The service was terrible. We could not get towels at the pool or in our room. We called 3 times and went to the desk twice. My daughter had to dry off with my husband’s shirt because we could not get anyone to get us towels. It was pretty ridiculous

“Otherwise, the room and stay was very very good.”
The hand shower which I did like but I was extremely disappointed when there was no water pressure and the shower button kept popping out. Also the water was too hot and I couldn’t regulate it to be colder.

“The hotel is at the airport so served its purpose of somewhere to stay convenient for early flight.”
Hotel accommodated late check-out at short notice due to cancelled flight. Breakfast was very good.

Handy to the airport. We arrived on a flight from LAX in the middle of the night. Very accomodating with shuttle pick up and check in.

Room was full of gnats and air conditioning did not work. After they came and sprayed twice they finally switched rooms on the 3rd day. They could not discount since we booked with a third party
