“Albie is great!! He needs a customer service award! We loved our balcony!!”
I wasn’t sure where to park and ended up calling the hotel after driving around and spoke to Albie. He was at the front desk when I checked in and he was so helpful and friendly. Later, we stopped again at the desk because we had planned to Uber to T-Mobile because we had read that it was at least a 15 minute walk and it was cold. Albie was as excited as we were that we were going to see Pink in concert AND he told us a shortcut so we were able to get to T-Mobile in 5 minutes. He went above and beyond and saved us money by taking the time to share his knowledge with us. Every single worker at the hotel should be as helpful and friendly as Albie!! Thank you Albie!

“Great comfy place in Downtown KC”
Room was excellent! Bed in the room was not against the wall back to the other rooms bed! I value that so much. Room was also big and spacious. Love the built in reading lights in the headboard! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, seamless check in. No real complaints with this one it is an excellent place in downtown KC!

The location of the hotel is very attractive, and is serviced by a free streetcar. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. The lobby is a comfortable place in which to hang out.
