The mattress in the foldout couch was horrible. No adult could possibly sleep on it. We had 3 people and needed to use it. Need to improve or be honest and let people know.

“Good price quality ratio for a 5 person stay in one suite.”
The price/quality ratio is quite good compared to other hotels when it comes to a party of five. The afternoon complimentary drinks are basic but appreciated and the breakfast gets the job done as well. If I go back to KC under the same circumstances I would not hesitate to book again.

“Perfect place to wrap up a long road trip!”
Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Wine at the bar was very reasonably priced. Airport shuttle was on time, and driver was friendly... even while being mistreated by a hotel guest from another hotel wanting to go shopping.

“Overpriced for an outdated and dirty room”
Room was old and dirty. Visible dust on the air vents. Dirty carpet. TV remote hardly worked. The hotel was full of rude traveling baseball teams of boys who ran up and down the hallway late at night while their parents drank and carried on in the lobby.
