What I liked most about my stay was how beautiful and comfortable everything felt. The room was super nice : clean, well-designed, and very relaxing. I also really enjoyed the garden, which added a peaceful and charming atmosphere to the place. The staff truly stood out, they were amazing, always welcoming, and incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. Another great bonus was the free bikes, which made it easy and fun to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.

“Comfortable stay outside the hustle of the main city.”

It's structured more like a resort than a hotel. I mean cottage houses and inhouse gardens. That entire area is like that. Rooms were big and clean and housekeeping was done daily. Staff was very helpful. They stayed up late for me to check in (I got lost in their train systems) and helped me book a cab to the airport for next day early morning as shuttle didn't start that early.

Garden and surronding area is soo beautiful. It is very peacefull. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

The hotel offered convenient free parking, and our tatami room was clean and very comfortable. The garden breakfast created a wonderfully calm and peaceful morning. If you’re flying through Kansai Airport, this is a perfect quiet place to relax after your flight. Would gladly stay again.

I needed to stay near the airport for the flight next day, so it was convenient (although you should arrange with the hotel for a shuttle if you don't have a car since there is no direct nearby public transportation around the hotel). I was given an entirely separate cabin / hut, which was great for quietness. The cabin is very modern, and comes with TV, WIFI, a fridge, and the bathroom / shower. The entire hotel premise is set up like a Japanese garden, and it was lovely. The place seems to cater to a lot of Chinese tour groups.

We absolutely loved our stay! The garden was stunning with its autumn colors, and our tatami room was so spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff were incredibly kind, and the shuttle service made everything so easy. Having breakfast with that amazing view was the perfect start to each day. The room we used was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The communication with staff from the very start of the booking was very quick and answered any questions we had. We were travelling by car and very helpfully a photograph was sent to identify exactly where to park. Excellent service from friendly staff was provided throughout our stay. The location is convenient for the airport so not far to travel after a long flight - although our satnav helped us get a little lost. Thank you for helping start our holiday well

No hidden agenda. what you see in the picture is what you get. The place is very peaceful, when you walk in, you will fall in love with the garden. The house attendant was also very helpful and informative about where to eat and where to go.
