I didn't like anything. It was a horrible experience with the staff. The room was not cleaned. The washroom didn't have a geyser. Hence no hot water.

“They cancelled my booking”
I am having trouble to find the hotel and when I connect with them on phone they told me that your booking is cancelled. They mentioned that I didn’t pick their call so they cancelled it. At the time of booking it is not mentioned that I need to attend a call to confirm booking. And one more thing the number from they called it looks like promotional number and at the time of call I am driving to the city so not able to pick the call. But they didn’t consider it. I booked this hotel through booking.com

“Very poor Bad service”
Front desk lady too arrogant. The room price not same as booking. Com. More expensive. When we ask for clarification The lady simply mentioned that is not rooms for foreigners.

“Truly Exceptional in Every Way”
We had a pleasant stay and also ate nice breakfast. Stats were friendly. We came very late in the night but had a smooth check-in.
