Location is excellent.. Nearby ghantaghar..Property is nice and well maintained.. Rooms are cozy, clean and hygiene.. Truly amazing value for money- a place that feels luxurious yet welcoming. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my stay at your hotel was far from relaxing. A hotel should be a place of rest, but I did not experience that here. Music was playing until late at night, and I couldn’t sleep until 2 a.m. I am here for work, so it is important for me to get proper sleep and rest. I have had a long journey and need to wake up early today. I cannot stay in a hotel where I cannot sleep. The bedsheets were dirty, the toilet was wet, the toilet paper was damp, there were no towels, no hair dryer, the door didn’t close properly, there were flies and mosquitoes in the room coming through the gaps in the door, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and your staff doesn’t speak English. On top of that, I wasn’t informed at check-in that there would be a party going on all night. I will be listing all these issues in my review and communicating them to your management and the booking platform. I do not believe you should call yourself a 4-star hotel. I certainly did not feel like I was staying in a 4-star hotel.

“Comfortable, clean and a restaurant with some good food.”
It was a stopover for us and we had a comfortable stay. The property is excellent and very clean. Staff was helpful and very polite. Shweta made sure everything was done nicely for us and also the other members at the reception. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
