I booked ticket online, when I arrived at hotel. They denied & said they don't have rooms available. I have to move to other hotel at night for stay. If they don't have rooms available then why they show availability online. It creates problems to us. Kindly pay attention.

Everything was fine like they allowed early check-in. The only thing which was missing ,AC was not working after 6 and also I had no access to table fan.
