“Unexpectedly good in Kanpur”
The location was very good. In a very safe and well connected locality. The staff were really cooperative and always with a smile. The room was spacious and clean with everything one would need for a decent stay for a day or two. The food was exceptionally good and hygienic. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

Everything was dirty and dingy. There were no windows in the room. The walls were so thin that you could hear anyone and everyone from outside. I am pretty sure people from outside could hear me. So, no privacy. Staff was only behind getting any kind of tips. They did not really care about the service they were providing. I thought this was one of the better hotels in the area. The pictures are misleading. The room size is super small. The sheets were dirty and stained.

My stay at Hotel Mandakini Royal was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, rooms were neat and clean, and the service was excellent. The staff was very polite and supportive, especially the receptionist who handled everything very professionally. Would definitely consider staying here again.
