The owner charged us Rs. 400 extra for early checkin, Ihad already informed on booking.com regarding the checkin time and got the confirmation for the same. Also rooms are too small for 2 people.

“Great hospitality...”
Excellent hospitality with good ambiance and very well trained staff. From check in till check out , every staff of Welcome Kānpur was their to fullfill your requests. We were served very well by the Chef Mr. Ajay Singh ratnu at the restaurant. Request from my daughter something special he just bought on our table like a magician. Will recommend this beautiful resort to anyone planning their vacations in Kānpur. Opposite to jal Mahal and have some good lake view rooms.
