We loved our stay at the peacefull Villa Koskikorento. It exceeded our expectations. We received prompt communication by our hosts Marke and Lauri following our booking for one night. We were greeted warmly as soon as our car arrived. Keys along with an informative tour of the property and ammenities were provided. We were encouraged to contact our hosts at anytime. The property was immaculate, with it's lovely mowed lawns that stretched down to the river. Having coffee (many ways to brew it was provided) outside on the deck while enjoying the soft sound of moving water and singing birds was an amazingly relaxing experience. We had the best sleep in crisply-ironed bedding after a quiet evening sauna. It can't get better than that. We laughed to ourselves, as it felt like we were the owners of this idyllic fairytale cottage, just for one day (without the work!). The villa was spotlessly clean, bright, super cozy, and conveniently close to Kannus centre. Marke and Lauri had foreseen to provide us with everything we could want or need to make our stay truly enjoyable, and memorable. They love this little gem, and want others to love it too. We were saddened on leaving our key, to continue on our journey, but know we'd be warmly welcomed again. “A perfect place to explore, rest and play.”

My whole family loved this place and as our ages range from 4 years to 78 years we tend to look for very different things. The location by the river, the sauna that we had both in the evening and in the morning, the toys for the younger kids. The house was very comfortable and after a very long day, we all slept beautifully. The host were also flexible and quick to email us afterwards to tell us what we had forgotten.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the villa. Everything was great and comfortable. The hostess showed and explained everything. A fast river flows past. I really liked the sauna. I wanted to go back to this hut...

We loved everything about our stay. The cottage was so cozy and they had considered that we are coming with children. We felt very welcome in the house. We also enjoyed the sauna and the fact that all the kitchen supplies were provided.
