“The facility was good but the process to enter the facility was confusing”
The key collection process was confusing between the pdf instructing and the message to my WhatsApp...I had difficulties to collect the key due to this confusion. And the management was not care enough to call the customer to inform about any change of instruction which differs from the pdf document.
