Banksia Park Cottages is a peaceful, nature‑filled escape in Kangaroo Valley. The cottages are cosy and well‑kept, with a lovely bush setting and plenty of wildlife wandering through — kangaroos, wombats, and endless birdsong, together with the donkeys, sheep & pigs. It’s a perfect spot to switch off and enjoy the quiet.

Wonderful scenic location and well designed property that gave both privacy and easy access to central facilities. We stayed in two cottages both were a good size and well laid out.

Loved it! We spend 5 nights with 3 young kids (0, 2 and 6 yo) in the scribblygum lodge and had a great experience. It looks even better than in the pictures. Plenty of space in the lodge with still cosy feeling, comfy beds and furniture, nespresso vertuo coffee machine, outdoor patio with roof and filled with a really good selection of books/dvds should you or the weather force you inside. Park is beautifully landcaped, donkeys and pigs to feed carrots, plenty of kangaroos at front and rear of park. Pool (not heated) and jacuzzi are amazing, well maintained and pool area feels like an oasis, been there every day. Very kid friendly labrador around too which was another nice attraction for the kids :).

The property was just beautiful, from the scenery to the Farm animals, pool and Spa. Seeing all the Kangaroos jumping across the paddocks in the mornings and at dusk. The cottage was lovely, very country like and lots of room.

What a beautiful property, the nature and gardens were amazing and the Wombat cottage fantastic. The animals on site were so much fun to feed and pat too. We loved meeting Sam the dog he was very friendly and made our day.

We loved everything about this trip from the camp fire being ready to go and garden seating area to the wonderful layout and comfort of Scribblygum Lodge. We loved seeing the kangaroos, wombats and wallabies roaming about, the useful information guide and the hospitality of the hosts. Such a nice feel to the whole space and so lovely to see how they have recovered after the fires.

100% recommend this place. I loved everything. Everything was perfect. Wombat cottage was marvellous, top class, totally met our needs, private, quiet, we barbecued breakfast lunch and tea, had a little music and a fire in the fire pit in the evening. This place is great for couples, friends, and families, has a great pool and spa, and has animals you can feed. And kangaroos do come bounding through. I can not say enough about this place. The hosts were friendly and helpful and kind. Do yourself a favour, give yourself a treat, visit Kangaroo Valley Banksla Cottages. One very happy lady 😊 Tina
