The family and facilities were great value for money. It is close to the centre, as well as has air conditioning and a rooftop terrace.

“Pleasantly located place to see Kandy”
The location is easy to get to, the bathroom was spacious, and the rooftop terrace was very nice to cool down a bit due to some wind. The hosts were very helpful and friendly :)

Great quiet hostel in central location, was just passing through Kandy for 1 night so was great for that. Rooftop area as well. Great suggestions for things to do in the area.

The place is really nice welcoming and most it’s CLEAN! Do you have a nice rooms rooms with locker AC and ventilator. The toilet is shared, but still really clean! And they also are super welcoming and willing to help you for any trips around Kandy! It is highly recommended!!

Only stayed one night but the place is lovely. It's so clean and has hot water (rare for Sri Lanka). The owners dad was there when I was there and was so nice. Made sure I got the right bus to the gardens and that I saw everything in Kandy. Also made sure I took the hostel number in case of any issues. He was very sweet! I meet the owner when leaving and he was really nice too. The rooms are comfy and each bed has a plug and light. There is also a roof terrace you can use. Best place to stay in Kandy.

“Lovely hostel”
Lovely hostel in great location. Really comfy beds with a light and plug socket. Locker in the room for personal items. Great bathroom with hot water on each floor, never had to queue. Nice roof terrace. Amazing family running it who are so helpful and kind. Great location near the bus and train station, and walking distance to most of the main sites in town. It’s just off a main road but really quiet and peaceful.

Great location. Quiet, comfortable dorm rooms with lockers and charging sockets by each bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and reccomended shows, museums and great cafes and restaurants for traditional food nearby.

Super clean n nice place to stay in kandy. I’d recommend to all my friends if they want to come to Kandy. No ac n could not open the window coz there are monkeys but that’s not a problem coz the fan is working good n temperature will drop at late night. Super nice host family, almost walk to the bus stop with me. The host gave me advice on visiting Kandy.
