Villa Familia is located on the Aniwatte mountain in the hill capital of Sri Lanka. It is 2 km from the lake and is very close to the city center. You could visit the Temple of the tooth relic, the museum, Bahirawa kanda buddha statue and the botanical gardens. You could do a hike to the tea factory which is located In Hantana. Comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi access, 24 hours front desk and free parking. Elegantly wood furnished in to the old english style, equipped with air-conditioned , a place to sit with a sofa in the living area, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a dining area with a big family table. Also we have a billiard area. Rooms feature a private terrace with a scenic view and a private garden. The attached private bathroom comes with a bath and shower facility, hairdryer and free toiletries. Breakfast will be complimentary with every booking. Inside the Villa there are 3 rooms with king size beds and 1 with a queen size bed. An extra bed for a kid is also available. Guests staying at Villa Familia can arrange tour and sightseeing activities with the friendly staff on site (English and Russian language). Luggage storage, laundry services and airport transfers are also available. Special meals can be prepared upon request.

“Great villa with lovely staff and amazing cook”
We had the huge villa for us. The staff was very helpful and the cook prepared the best breakfast only for us . Transport is available
