This place good area... 😌

Pls don't recommend this hotel next time

We stay here many times. But in this time they provede us a down floor dirty room. I thought it was a staff room in times ago.

There were no facilities at all.No hot water, no wifi, no t.v, not even basic toilet paper.Kandy is usually a cold area, but the bedsheet provided was as small as a towel. If I had to give a rating out of 10, it would be 1/10.The room was very dirty and completely disappointing.

“Disappointing management, poor service standards, and lack of professionalism”

As a frequent traveler who regularly uses Booking.com, I am very disappointed with my recent stay at Vendol Sky Resort. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and I cannot recommend this property to other travelers. Three days prior to arrival, my wife made a confirmed reservation for this hotel. At the last moment, the receptionist contacted her and asked her to cancel the booking, claiming there was an issue with Booking.com and that the property was fully booked with no rooms available. However, when I checked online, rooms were still showing as available. I then made a new reservation myself with an early check-in request, which was accepted by the property. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked me to wait until 1:00 pm for check-in, despite the early check-in being confirmed. Only after I showed him the accepted request did he begin preparing a room. I ended up waiting more than one hour in the lobby. During this time, I noticed that many rooms had already been checked out but had not been cleaned or prepared, and there was no visible urgency from staff. The team appeared unorganized and lacking proper supervision or management. Cleanliness, facilities, and service standards were below what is expected from a property listed on Booking.com. The environment did not feel like a professional hospitality venue. It also appeared that the property was mainly accommodating young couples for very short stays rather than focusing on genuine travelers or overnight guests. Based on my observations, this may have been the real reason my wife was initially asked to cancel her reservation. Overall, the maintenance of the venue, staff professionalism, and management standards need serious improvement. I did not experience proper hospitality service, and the stay did not provide the comfort or trust that travelers expect. Because of these issues, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this property to other travelers.
