“Waste of money and totally frustrated”
Wardrobe broken and fallen on child head immediately entered the property and there is no action taken to replace instead of that service man bought laundry hanger which was really annoyed and frustrated service

I. “Disappointed”
Very disappointing stay. We booked for a couple, but the experience was far from comfortable. The AC wasn’t working properly—they said there was no remote and the sensor was removed, so we were stuck with a cold 22°C, which made the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was below standard for the price—poor condition and not clean. We requested a double bed but got two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no view at all, and the TV didn’t work. When I asked the staff, they said they were new and didn’t know if the TV worked—but it was clear they knew and just didn’t want to admit it. Overall, very bad experience, not worth the money, and wouldn’t recommend it.
