The location was excellent, 2 minutes down to the lake, 5-10 minutes to the main part of town with loads of shops and restaurants, nice walk around the lake to get there. Room had everything you needed. They arranged a tuk tuk day tour around kandy for a very good price! The breakfast was great. And most importantly, the guys running the place were brilliant, so friendly, helpful & we had a right laugh with them and the other wonderful guests there in the evening! (& to Mr morris, if you’re reading this - hi!!)

“Great short stay”

I liked everything about this place! Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had only and afternoon and one night stop over in Kandy. The host organised tickets for me to see some traditional dancing and helped me plan out my afternoon to see some of the main attractions to make most of my time there. The guest house has a very laid back hostel feel which I loved. Communal indoor and outdoor area where you can meet other guests. They also provided the most delicious breakfast. Room was also cozy and clean! Very happy. Would stay again!

Everything was great, special mention to staff that really go above ans beyound for their guest. Fruit platter breakfast was amazing. Large clean room. Perfect location so site seeing.

Everything, super chilled happy hosts, big room, hot water, good wifi, quiet location but only a minute walking to the lake and 10 to the city, they have beer to buy and tea and coffee is free

Excellent location near city centre, very relaxed atmosphere in the place and ca 15 min walk to main bus station. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

If you travel solo as a woman, this is such a good place to be. The 3 guys who run this guest house are so nice and gentle and they will help you with everything you need. Also the breakfast in sri lankan or english way was so nice! Thank you guys for the nice time🙌🏼 and btw the place of the guest house is perfect you can take tuktuks really easy or even walk to the city center

“Relaxed casual guesthouse in great location.”

Great location - short walk to lakefront and Temple of the Tooth. Breakfast plentiful with choice of local or Western food. Bedroom spacious., well shaded so kept cool without aircon. Casual relaxed vibe but still attentive staff.

The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble from making me endlesscups of tea to arranging tuk tuk tours and transfers to kandy.

Very good place, well located just a few minutes walking from Kandy city center. We were just here for one night, but i would have liked to stay here longer to see more of Kandy. Very helpful staff Perfect breakfast. Good quality for very affordable price.

Great bunch of guys who run it, go outnof their way to include you, recommend doing a walk through Knuckles with them!
