Everything , mostly the staff like Minon provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She was very friendly, kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and well cared for. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. We were very impressed with her service and hospitality. She is a great asset to the hotel, and we will definitely come back again, especially because of the wonderful experience she gave us. we stayed there for 3 nights. It was absolutely perfect, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could to make us feel good. Loved staying there and will stay there many more times. Mihirini was absolutely fantastic, asked several times during the day if we were doing well, sent messages and asked if everything was okay. She did everything she could she is just like a diamond for the hotel. if we needed anything. Very good. Wasantha was an excellent driver, he was lovely in every way. He was very polite and very kind, he showed us around and we felt very safe with him. Wasantha really needs a pat on the back. Mihirin and Wasantha made our 3 days absolutely fantastic. Will stay there many more times because of them. Mihrini upgraded our room too and we were very happy.

“Legendary Short Stay”

Grand appearance cool rooms, fast elevators friendly helpful staff especially Chathu. Who seemed to build a lovely bond with my Kenyan partner very quickly and was there to greet us at every meal and even at checkout. The room was beautiful. The dinner food had so much choice and puts you in a food coma The views were pleasant too!

We had an amazing stay at The Golden Crown Hotel in Sri Lanka. Warm hospitality from all the staff, spotless clean rooms, and outstanding food with so many delicious choices to choose from. The poolside area was absolutely heaven! Our kids had a fabulous time and enjoyed every moment of the stay. Excellent Executive rooms which are brand new. The infinity pool and the recreation area on the 7th floor are fantastic. Special mention To guest Executive Chathurika, she was exceptional in handling all our requests and made our stay very comfortable. Also Ajith in the restaurant was brilliant.
