I had a great stay at The Bliss. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the environment was peaceful, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s a perfect place to relax in Kandy. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for such a warm welcome! It was a really pleasant and incredible stay! Very quiet and pleasant location! The owner is really nice and welcoming, we felt at home! The meals are local and really copious. We love to stay again and again ❤️❤️😌☺

2 very lovely sisters with a big smile and lots of laughter. We loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed a day longer. Their home is truly a pearl in nature close to the very busy town Kandy. The location for us was perfect as we were driving our own tuktuk and could arrive without having to pass through the busy streets of Kandy. We both got the breakfast and dinner which was very good - can highly recommend for a truly Sri Lankan experience. We got introduced to Aja who is a very experience Tuktuk Driver and a even nicer person. We booked the city tour with him and even drove half way to Ella with him as the road up the mountains can get challenging. We stopped on the way for tea and tea factory visits. We had a lot of good laughs with him on the way. He introduced us to his family and gave us the best experience while feeling safe. Can 100% recommend booking the tour with him ❤️

“Relaxed oasis with excellent service to make the most of Ella”
This place is an absolute gem if you are looking for a quiet place to recuperate, relax and soak in some amazing views from the balcony nestled in nature. Thanks to an incredibly comfy bed I got some great sleep and woke up to a delicious home cooked breakfast. The room is surprisingly very spacious too, you could easily use the extra space for a morning stretch/yoga if inclined. Mahesh is a standout host for excellent, professional and friendly service. Mahesh owns a tuktuk so was able to provide train station pickup and even helped flag down the right bus for me when I left for Arugam bay. The tuktuk tour was really great value too, you are definitely in good hands to get as much as you like done. We were able to see 9 Arches with the morning train, Little Adam’s Peak, Ravana Caves and Waterfall, then finishing the day off with a dip at Pallewela Waterfall (the highlight for me). Happily recommend this sweet spot to all :) Would definitely stay here again.

“Kandy Stay”
The ladies (property manager and her sister) were quite sweet and made me felt at home. Even she assisted me at reaching the place and expalaining directions at 5 am whilst checking in. 3 time home made food is also available there. Also they have Tuk tuk arrangement for tours or transfers.

“Blissful stay”
The host was very welcoming and helpful in every way possible. The space is as beautiful as the people who manage the property. You'll love the rooms. Very hygienic and beautiful.
