“Worst Management Ever!”
Extremely disappointed with the stay. The management is absolutely heartless and has zero humanity. They don't know how to treat a guest with basic respect. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because of their unprofessional and cold behavior.

“Very Good”
A new building. The room was spacious. Adequate furniture within the room. Quite surrounding. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Clean and modern washroom. With a nice roof top area. Good air condition and hot water shower. A covered parking space was provided through out our stay as promised. Convenient location. Can reach the city within a few minutes by car.

It was pleasant staying at Sunset Forest Villa. The whole staff and ambience of the villa made me feel like home and the food was amazing . I would love to come back and the whole experience of staying at Sunset Forest villa was mind blowing. Highly recommended and will definitely stay with them againwhen we visit Kandy. Thanks again for making a memorable stay.

“Comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and amazing staff!”
We had an amazing stay. We have felt so welcomed from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff has been so kind and helpful. The last night we even had a great talk with the owner on the rooftop of the hotel. It's not in the city center, so it is far more quiet, but at a really reasonable distance, so it was perfect! We recommend 100% this place to stay in Kandy!!

The rooms were clean and comfy. The rooftop space was nice. The value was fantastic. The location was good, just 5 min drive from the centre of Kandy. The manager and the staff were very helpful and friendly and they made us delicious sri lankan breakfast and dinner for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, especially for groups.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Adequately furnished. Very helpful staff... Ravi the always present in charge guy. His staff also very helpful on whatever you need like pillows, extra towel and use if the kitchen to make a small meal for our 2y old. Shame we did not have time to spend a few extra nights.

Great place to stay in Kandy. Beautiful view, quiet place. Breakfast there is so delicious 🤤.Great staff & very nice and friendly is making sure you have a good time. I highly recommend this place.
