“Would return!”
The rooftop pool was lush and the food from the restaurant was really nice, just a tad on the pricy side compared to food when we were exploring Kandy. We stayed in a budget twin room with a fan. The fan worked amazingly and we were never too hot, the room itself was also ideal for us and had no problems. Super impressed with the staff who were all so welcoming and friendly. Location is perfect- a 5 min walk MAX to centre. Would defo return if was to visit Kandy again.

The gentleman who helped us with our luggage and let us in later at night was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to walk into the city to restaurants. Our room was huge. Two big double beds with 4 pillows each - something we rarely saw on our trip. The bathroom had a huge shower and it felt recently renovated and modern.

I chose city centre, but Kandy is vv busy and I found myself craving for isolation because I was suffering from stimulation overload. The hotel is vv central. I thought that the water refilling station was a genious concept.

“It's ok not very great”
Lift is not available at ground floor it's big drawback. They have mentioned for people staying there will get 20% discount on food but the fruit juice we have ordered has more water ( probably they are saving 20% there ). When we raised that issue, they brought the juice again but in the first place, they should have done this.

“Wil be back”
This was the most loveliest of hotels. Which I admit did surprise me because of the price. The staff are simply amazing, the bedrooms are 5 star, breakfast delicious. I am only sorry we are not staying longer.

“A nice surprise in a hectic city!”
Sevana City Hotel was a nice surprise in the loud and hectic city. The rooms were very clean and comfortable enough for a short stay (2 nights). The pool on the rooftop was amazing with a nice view of the city and also very clean. Every time we went to the pool, we got new clean towels. The restaurant was also nice and had good food for a fair price and nice coffee and matcha drinks. The shower had warm water and the water pressure was also good.
