“I was expecting a little more from a Radisson property.”
Location was great, and the checking in/checking out process was pretty efficient. The service was good, all the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, but very crowded. The gem store in the lobby provided a good selection and while they aren't part of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

“Good value hotel as a base for seeing the sights of Kandy”
We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson in Kandy. We particularly liked the rooftop pool and bar / restaurant. The pool did get busy in the afternoon, and when busy there are not really enough sun loungers. Rooms were clean and comfortable and ours had a lake view which we weren't expecting. The breakfast was very good, and all of the staff we had contact with were excellent. It's close to the city centre with all the sights a short tuk tuk ride away. We thought it was very good value for money.

Stayed at Radisson Hotel Kandy and honestly, it exceeded expectations. The location is spot on – close to everything, yet peaceful enough to fully relax. The views are something else, especially overlooking Kandy and the lake – easily one of the highlights of the stay. The rooftop area really makes this place stand out. Pool, bar, great atmosphere, and live music in the evenings – perfect way to end the day. You can just sit there for hours and enjoy the vibe. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service was smooth and professional. All in all, a great choice in Kandy – ideal mix of location, views, and atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.
