Good Hospitality with Safe Location.

What a lovely place to stay in Kandy! The guesthouse owner Kavi and his family welcomed us with an open heart - we immediately felt like home. The room on the ground floor was spacious and very clean. There was even a small window in the bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view over the city - as soon as we arrived, we enjoyed tea, coffee and sandwiches there. In the morning, you can even see a few monkeys climbing over the roofs of the city. There are also lovely rooftop tents on the roof, where you can also spend the night. Here you can get everything from one hand, the host family offer transfer and even super good tours to knuckles - where we had the most beautiful hike of our lives. Kavi's father really knows the best guides in Sri Lanka! Kavi also drove us to Sigirya for a good price - on the way there we visited a beautiful spice garden and the largest fruit and vegetable market in Sri Lanka. His father picked us up there a few days later and showed us a jewellery factory that even housed a small museum. He even organised our beloved jackfruit for us at the roadside. The two of them simply know the best places! We always had a wonderful time together and a lot of fun! The Guesthouse may not be located directly in the City centre but therefor it's a hidden gem and very calm. A Tuk Tuk drive to the Centre is about 500rupies. The breakfast and dinner tasted like heaven. Kavis mother makes the best Kottu in whole Sri Lanka! Thank you all for your great hospitality! The facilities were top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was the warmth and hospitality of the family who runs the place. They were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was recommending local attractions or providing quick solutions to any questions I had. Their genuine care for their guests truly made my stay memorable👏.

Staff were so helpful and moved us to Ac room and was much better.

Lovely family run business. Really comfortable triple room with big bathroom & hot shower. Food is available, we had sri lankian breakfast which was great. Situated alittle from Lake approx 10min walk.

Very clean room

So. We spent one night at mountain white villa by sunrise. It's really amazing and worth it .. A beautiful and wonderful family.

“Comfortable and convenient”

The room was very clean and comfortable bed. Hot water was good and bathroom was clean. Spacious room as well. Well kept place and good staff. The location was also convenient and easy to find. Just a 2 minute drive from Kandy town.

Cosy room. Good and comfy bed. Good view. The family that owns the hotel is very caring and made me feel very nice. They even took me on a nice tour of Kandy. Really tasty home made SriLankan breakfast. I especially liked the coconut sambal and the dhal.

Super clean property with access to air conditioning, outdoor space and a nice hot shower. The hosts were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful whilst we stayed and even arranged our transport to the station when we were ready to leave - thank you!

“Great family place”

A fantastic place kept spotless by a lovely, welcoming family. With a great view over de city. The dad even played tour guide, taking us to Nuwara Eliya and seeing us off at the train station for our ride to Ella. “Amazing, really recommend!”

The family was so helpful and kind - we have never experienced this so much pure kindness so far. The son was our guide the whole day (in a very good price) and he was super nice to us, and answered all of our quiestions. The breakfast was also amazing and so delicious. We unfortunately just spent 1 night there, but if we will come back to Kandy in the future, we will also choose them. :)

Clean room, very good breakfast in family run business. The son was particularly hospitable and did not pressure us to use their services. They speak good English. Helpful in arranging tickets for cultural show.
