Lovely grand guesthouse in a quiet area of Kandy - Mr Paul was extremely friendly and nice to speak with and a great cook, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast here very much. The room was clean and well equipped!

Paul (who is taking care about the accommodation) is an incredible person. He is very helpful and he gave us lots of important information. He also helped our driver to find the way. You can order a breakfast (European or srilankas style) and the food was really nice. He can make you tea (delicious!) or coffee or he can order the food for you. The accommodation is in a quiet location, quite up to the hill. Sometimes difficult to drive but you have a nice view and fresher air. The rooms very decently equiped to Srí Lanka standard, but you cannon compared to our European standard. There is a spare rooms with tables and sofas so you can spend the time also outside of your room. There are rooms with AC and without it.

Paul the housekeeper is the best we ever met. Always beautiful to speak with him and share time. Thank you so much for everything. Beautiful place clean and comfortable.

“A quiet retreat from the city centre with a perfect host.”

Set in the hills, it was a lovely location to stay in Kandy for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Paul is an incredible host, made sure we were well looked after and cooked the most delicious breakfasts both Sri Lankan and European. His rice and curry was as good if not better than we’ve eaten out. Don’t come expecting luxury but it’s comfortable enough.

Paul was really friendly and really helpful with any questions we had. The shower was warm although we did find that the water run out by the end of the second shower.

Beautiful place near by Kandy city center. View from terrace is amazing. Manager of hotel was very nice and helpful. We spent only 1 night during our trip in Sri Lanka.

No Hot water. Not Clean, Booking.com picture very butifull.but actual room Bad. Not same rooms. Bad experience.Not recommend. Don't go. also Drunken Local people at hotel. Very Dengers.

Super nice and spacious room with good airconditioning and a very nice bathroom and shower! The bed was also very comfortable and the host was super kind and made us really good dinner and breakfast!! I would defenitely recommend to stay here!
