The size and maintenance. The service was also nice. The family room was big. Breakfast was also quite an extensive range. Loved it!

“Excellent hotel for great value for the money with amazing view”
Great location few minutes with Tuk Tuk from center of Kandy. Tuk Tuk price bellow one dollar for the trip to center. Beautiful view from the whole hotel. Breakfast also very tasty

“Not a place to be recommended.”
1. Air con not working for 1.5 days of 2 day stay. 2. Ceiling fan stuck on high speed over bed, not at all comfortable. 3. TV not working properly. 4. No bar amenities but asked if we had used any bar items upon check out. 5. Food very ordinary. 6. Paid for most items at time of use, yet no receipt provided. At checkout, manager insisted items were unpaid. Checkout was a nightmare & took half an hour. 7. No food at onsite restaurant on day 2, so was advised to trek up the steep stairs to parent hotel Topaz for dinner & breakfast. 8. Was a battle to get simple toast, butter & jam as they wanted us to partake of buffet breakfast. We are light breakfast eaters & should not have to be pushed into something we did not want. 9. Money exchange very bad at this hotel. Paid Rs196 when morning rate was Rs211 for AUD. 10. Overall, we rate this a 2 star hotel & not one of our six group will return to this hotel or to Topaz. 11. Will have paid more to stay at another hotel if we had known the quality of this property. Could not wait to leave. 12. Reception staff stood at lobby door & would not lift a finger to help unload our bags. Apparently it was not their job. Such poor service.

“A perfect place to relax!”
We love the location, because it was not in the city centre so we could take a nice rest but at the same time it was around 10 minutes driving to city centre. We loved the staff, they were very helpful and nice! We loved the pool as well, and the outside area.

we expected a double big size bed and mattress, but it had big hall between 2 beads like 2 single mattress, 2 mattress very uncomfortable, they published in booking.com pictures were 2 properties locations, but actual location and looking was different. so be very careful to book like these properties.

Very nice breakfast and nice spacious rooms with a good bed. Nice view from the rooms. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Location is a bit out of town, but with a pickme, you are there quickly.
