Excellent place with good valley view location, neat and clean, well maintained place, good and helpfull caretakers, value for money, would highly recommend this place to family & friends.

Fantastic house with lovely views. Very comfortable beds! Our hosts Jay and his family were amazing. They organised takeaway for us from the local restaurant, cooked us delicious breakfasts and a wonderful evening feast. Although the property was a little way from Kandy Lake etc, Jay organised Tuk tuks for us and it was easy to get around and see the sites of Kandy. I would highly recommend staying here for a larger group travelling together

I had an incredible stay at this property! The views from the balcony were absolutely brilliant. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to assist with any questions or needs. The caretakers, Jeyaratne and Malini, were exceptional. They greeted us upon arrival with tea and prepared delicious breakfasts for us. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the home is beautifully designed, spacious and well maintained.

“Perfect getaway”

Spent five nights here in February, and it was fantastic. Very very beautiful house, many rooms to choose - and we had it all to ourselves! Our favorite spot was the huge terrace with the best view. Sunrises and evenings were gorgeous from there. The house is in a very quiet, organized area with lots of greenery and birds. The hosts were extremely friendly and kind. Made us yummy breakfasts with local courses every day and would cook dinner on request. They also helped us organize tuktuks and cars. We would've loved to stay longer, and warmly recommend this place to everyone!

Huge house with plenty of room for a family of 6. Jay and his wife were fantastic helping us with all our needs, finding dinner, making us dinner and preparing breakfasts each morning. Views were amazing

The house is very chique and located on a hillside offering a sublime view of the valley. Caretaker Mr Jay and his wife were excellent and helped us with different requests in and around the house.

What an amazing find! A spacious and elegant home, beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained both inside and out: spotlessly clean, big rooms with mountain views and attached baths, comfortable verandahs with spectacular views, two living rooms, a gigantic fully-equipped kitchen, gorgeous gardens full of exotic plants in bloom. Caretakers Jey and Malani went above and beyond to meet all our needs, including delicious home-cooked breakfasts and dinners; they even looked after our driver. Six of us stayed in five rooms for four days and three nights and the bill was only about $200 for everything! I've stayed in numerous places in Kandy over several decades and this absolutely wins first prize both for comfort and value. Thank you!!!

“Beautiful stay outside of Kandy city centre”

The view is the best, watching the big bats fly around in the evening is amazing. Caretakers are very sweet and helpful, always there for us, the dinner they cooked us was super delicious.

Excellent place and superb hospitality. I dont think you can get anything better in Kandy. I visited with friends and the level of comfort was superb and the staff was very helpful. Good breakfast, spotlessly clean house, superb views and so very comfortable. Highly recommended.
