“Great place to discover Kandy and stages 1 and 2 of the Pekoe trail”

We had a lovely, peaceful stay at the eco retreat!

The hotel is surrounded in nature, which gives an amazing sense of peace and connection. The owner is so kind and helpful, we loved him. Breakfast was also amazing, probably one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. There was no yoga when I was there but the space is beautiful and really nice.

The host gave us a warm welcome, I felt comfortable immediately. The space was beautiful and better than I expected - a very tranquil environment. The yoga classes were great, as well as the Ayurvedic treatment. I felt very relaxed after the stay.

Hostel was very kind and attentive. Stunning relaxing location. Beds had mosquito nets and nicely furnished. Great area for yoga. Delicious breakfast.

Peacefull place , you have breakfast out side in the terrace with natural sounds around you, they have very good breakfast .

The location is very buetiful with forest surrounded. And it's near by kandy town Even though kandy is busy with festival this place is calm and quiet with nature. Morning yoga at the top is different experience with physolopy understanding of yoga. We also got home made local traditional rice and carries totally a different combination 😋 with seasonal fruits.

“A relaxing location away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy”

The manager was very attentive and helpful. He helped us with his tuk tuk to the train station. He prepared a lovely breakfast for us. We loved the yoga classes with a very experienced teacher. The setting was exceptional in the forest, quiet and peaceful

“Magic in jungle”

The eco retreat is located almost in a forest surrounded area, though just 10 minutes drive to the city unbelievable atmosphere. Host Sunil was exceptional hospitality and serving the guests with lots of fruits and varieties. Yoga at top roof with tree surrounded, humming birds at morning is a totally a different experience. Unlike in western Yoga conducted by Radesh is totally traditional with mixture of yoga philosophy is a new experience to us. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful location amongst nature. The manager was amazing and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Excellent dinner in the forest kitchen, and beautiful Yoga classes with a local knowledgeable teacher (who also teaches Yoga for Ayurveda Medical Students). He teaches traditional Yoga - no fancy Western variations, which I really papreciated. The host is very welcoming. The location, in the middle of the forest is absolutely superb!

Very nice place located in the jungle, you need to take tuk tuk to Kandy town but totally worth it. Very calm, peaceful area surrounded by bush, trees, wild animals and birds singing. Beds were comfy and clean. Place offers joga classes, massage and dinner here with extra pay. I totally recommend this place when staying in Kandy!

A very tranquil place on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of Kandy city with the bonus of yoga classes surrounded by trees. Friendly service and great breakfast. Best to take a tuk tuk into the centre. Bring mozzie repellent!

We had a nice stay at the eco lodge. Its a little out of town but that makes it a calm place to stay. Its surounded by nature (so be aware that there could be insects etc...). The man who took care of our stay is very kind and caring. He made a good breakfast each morning. We also ordered a diner, a curry buffet. It was very tasty!

It was cheap, the chap was nice enough and breakfast was good.

i booked the tent so it was not that comfortable but special. The staff was supernice,i arrived late and he cooked me some rice and tea so i felt very welcomed.they offer yoga class in the morning and very good traditional ayurveda treatments which i defo recommend-.was one of the best i ever had.

Loved staying here, I passed through Kandy several times and stayed in a private room and also a tent. Both accommodations are really nice, theres a lovely breakfast and the space in the woods is so peaceful and calm. The room is clean and comfortable and the tent was also pleasant. There's a grocery nearby you can walk to, and the city is not too far off, especially if you have your own wheels. I definitely recommend to anyone staying in Kandy.
