The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the location is a nice walk around the lake to the town and easy access to all the main sites by foot or tuk tuk. We enjoyed sitting in the sun on the communal balcony / garden area.

Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The location is also great, close enough to the centre by tuk tuk but just a bit outside of the noise.

The room was very nice. It was clean, it was spacious. Good working aircon. The location was great. It was very quiet but only a short walk away from the bustling center. The staff were very friendly and helped me with my onward journey

The facility is very beautiful and very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Those coming to Kandy should choose it without hesitation. You can walk down to Kandy Lake. Sathsara and Chamal are very friendly, I liked them very much.

“A nice Kandy budget accom option”

This was a pleasant place to stay during my brief visit to Kandy. The location, a few minutes from the lake is very handy - it's about 20 minutes (a pleasant lakeside stroll) to get to the heart of Kandy. Upon arrival I was initially flummoxed as there's no reception as such and no one was around but that was soon sorted out. The young staff are very friendly. My room was perhaps a little too central in the place - the kitchen was a few steps away from my door. It wasn't a noise issue, just the proximity was a little odd. The villa is tastefully decorated. My room was fine and the breakfast was excellent.

The location was great. Just off the main road but an easy walk around the lake to the temple. Tge room was spacious with a separate lounge area for our use. The interior of the property is very tasteful

Loved the ambient villa vibe. Very nice staff in this place. The room had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable bed and very nice common areas to enjoy. Close to the lake. We would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay here in Kandy. The staff were very friendly and the property was beautiful. Very clean facilities and great price! We had no issues getting to Kandy despite the recent cyclone and was completely safe to travel.

Great place and super nice staff!

Very nice villa house, feels like a calm oasis in the busy city. The owners are super nice and caring, I felt very welcome.
